This Position reports to:

HR Team Lead

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: hybrid, twice a week in the office #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the HR Services in Tallinn, Ülemiste City.

Your Role: Own the Challenge:

Support daily HR tasks to make sure everything is done on time and correctlyHelp keep employee information (SAP and Workday) accurate and up to date, assist with reports when neededLook for ways to make tasks easier or better in your area and support putting improvements into practiceWork together with HR colleagues to ensure smooth and effective service

What it takes to Run what runs the world

You are studying HR or similar fieldYou have a keen eye for details and a systematic approach to workYou have knowledge of Microsoft OfficeYou are at ease communicating in English and Estonian language, Finnish language is an advantageYou are able to work independently as well as collaboratively
