HR Operations Intern

Ecolab is looking for an HR Operations Intern to join the HR Iberia Team at our offices in Sant Joan Despí.

What will you do as an HR Operations Intern?

Provide administrative support to manage diverse HR Operations Projects

Create and maintain project plans, performing follow up on action plans as required, including meeting stakeholders and organizing meetings

Perform data analysis and reporting

Prepare presentations

Coordinate with other team members

What are the requirements?

Students currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics or Data Analysis

Strong analytical mindset and interest in HR Operations

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

High level of English

Organized, detail-oriented and focused on process improvement

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
