**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Support HR Operations related works, including onboarding, certificate letters, offboarding, HR systems, payment etc.
+ Accomplish document management including but not limited to document preparation, collection, scan, filing, retrieve and check.
+ Involve in all kinds of HR projects, employee events etc.
+ Other ad hoc tasks.
**Requirements**
+ Detail oriented and comfortable dealing dealing with routine work;
+ Can work under time urgency and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
+ Attend to work at least 2 days per week for duration of 6 months;
+ Fluent English in both verbal and written;
+ Proficient PC skills at Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
