**HR Operations Intern, Benefits Admin**
Are you passionate about employee benefits and HR Operations?
For our growing HR Operations team in Amsterdam, we’re looking for a Benefits Administrator Intern to support the coordination and management of our group benefits programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and more in the EMEA region.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Be the main point of contact for employee queries
+ Partner with 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders on a regular basis
+ Support benefits processes such as enrollments, terminations, changes, data renewals as required
+ Maintain benefits data, support data validation, and generate reports
+ Ensure compliance and accurate reporting
+ Provide exceptional support and clear communication with employees
+ Assist with the creation and maintenance of knowledgebase articles and process documentation.
**What We’re Looking For:**
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience – you must be enrolled in a credited university for the duration of your internship (6 months)
+ Excellent communication skills in English
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially when working with data
+ Ability to work independently, handle confidential, sensitive data, and support multiple projects
Preferred:
+ HR or Benefits administration background preferred
+ Communication skills in German, French, Polish, Spanish, or Dutch
+ Experience with Excel
