Responsibilities Responsible for the orderliness of documentation in the field of labor relations Collecting and recording documentation from new employees, including contractors (and forwarding it to the staff leasing agency to prepare contracts). Cooperate with local People ops team and stuff leasing agency regarding new employees and all relevant Preparation of files for each employee - checking and recording whether all contracts and the rest of the documentation have been signed, printing their personal documents, and inserting them into the files. Monitoring and recording of certificates of temporary absence and sick leave submitted by employees, recording whether they are entered correctly in Prologin, for contractors forwarding documentation for sick leave to the agency, registration of maternity leave and informing the agency so that it can prepare a decision on maternity leave. Forwarding all types of requests (annual vacations, paid leave...) to the agency, checking whether they are correctly entered in Prologin. Informing the agency about all ongoing employee movements (annexes), organizing, and monitoring the signing of annexes. Forwarding lists for sanitary inspections, providing instructions for sanitary inspections to the employees. Organizing the signing of all labour related documentation. Monitoring and recording temporary contract extensions, monthly bonuses, annual leaves, reporting to the agency and organizing the signing of contract extensions. Proactively responding to all types of requests from permanent employees / completing all data for administrative restrictions and bans, various types of certificates Qualifications Prefferable university degree Minimum 1 years of relevant professional experience (HR administration) Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Proficiency in English language Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills Very high level of attention to detail and accuracy Maturity to understand and comply with the requirement for handing sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times
