What You'll Do

You will be a part of our Global HR Shared Service Center (HRSSC) supporting our regional and local HR
teams and employees worldwide with HR administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle. As an HR
Assistant, you will work closely with our Global HR Operations Center of Excellence to ensure accurate
employment documentation and compliance.
The primary focus of this role is to efficiently perform defined HR processes, maintain employee data
(e.g. personal data, job, promotion, compensation, leaves of absence, education, background history, etc.),
and respond to routine queries. Accuracy, compliance, and the ability to learn new tasks are essential.

What You'll Bring

• A graduation degree
• 1-3+ years of relevant work experience in a professional services or multi-national company
• Knowledge of Workday (preferred) or another ERP system
• Experience in Global HR Operations, HR Shared Services or a process-based role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• The ability to work in a highly matrixed organization with flexibility to support a diverse,
international set of stakeholders
• B+ or higher level of English communication
• B+ or higher level of Portuguese communication

An illustration of the types of HR processes and data that you will be working on:

• Prepare, process and follow up on employee paperwork related to new hires, promotions,
transfers, address changes, additional payments, status changes, and employee exits with
sensitivity to the confidential nature of the information. Also, maintain personnel files in
compliance with applicable legal requirements and internal standards.
• Support with new hire onboarding & BGV checking processes. Send out Induction plan and
welcome emailers.
• Assist with general employee requests, letters, verifications, reference checks, visa invitation
letters etc.
• Generate reporting for employee distribution lists, new joiners, anniversaries, milestones, etc.
• Deliver audit support on personal files, forms, etc.
