Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a human resources generalist, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, including ADP Workforce Now; experience with Kronos is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, benefits, and leave management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• HR certification, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, is advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and address concerns effectively.
