**HR Operations Business Analyst**

**Overview:**
The Operations Business Analyst is a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to lead project initiatives and provide actionable insights through KPI management and dashboard visualization. The Operations Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring project deliverables align with strategic goals while driving data-informed decision-making through effective dashboard design and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Business Analysis**
Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and support change management.
**KPI Management and Dashboard Development**
Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Visualize complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
Collaborate with data engineers and IT to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Train stakeholders on dashboard usage and interpretation of metrics.
**Project Management (HR Care)**
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Manage risks, issues, and changes to keep projects on track.
Communicate project status, updates, and insights to stakeholders at all levels.
**Required Qualifications:**
**Education:** Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, HR, or a related field
**Experience:** 1-2 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, and process optimization, with a focus on HR or shared services.
**Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical skills
**Technical Skills:** Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Power Query, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
**Communication & Presentation:** Simplifying complex ideas for different audiences.
