The HR Officer implements Human Resources policies and systems framework as directed by his / her superior, maintaining good team member relations. 

 

What will I be doing? 

As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 

• Manage and maintain all team facilities, in compliance with Hilton's safety, security and quality standards.
• Conduct engagement activities and special programs for team members.
• Stay engaged with team members and assist in grievance handling.
• Create awareness and conduct programs focusing on wellness & wellbeing.
• Coordinate insurance claims and maintain the team member database with the insurer.
• Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
• Provide necessary information and explanations to team members promptly and accurately as required.  
• Ensure that all team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s team member rules and regulations. 
• Assist to organize team member activities and communication meetings. 
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

A Human Resources Officer serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: 

• Service oriented personality with a positive and a self-motivated mindset.
• Target driven and results oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity in international chain hotels. 
• Excellent command of written and spoken in English, to meet business needs. 
• Excellent organization and coordination skills. 
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Able to maintain strong relations with team members.
