Join our dynamic team as an HR Officer and play a pivotal role in supporting our HR Project Coordinator for an exciting project in the Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your HR skills while contributing to a significant environmental initiative, all from our Talacre location.
Role Overview Coordinate and supervise general services on the project site (cleaning, maintenance, reception, security, internal logistics, accommodation). Manage relationships with external suppliers, monitoring contracts, deadlines, and service levels. Update the HR Scheduling in accordance with the actual mobilization plan status. Support the organization of office space and workstations based on staff onboarding/offboarding. Communicate with the client on behalf of the Project Management Team regarding contractual agreements like the submission of CVs and Personnel Assignment Authorization Form (PAAF) in collaboration with Project Control Department. Manage both digital and paper-based archiving of employee documentation (contracts, payslips, certificates, mandatory documents). Handle internal requests for office supplies, equipment and IT support in collaboration with the procurement and IT departments. Skills Strong administration skills. Experience with Administration & Document Control Systems. Knowledge of GDPR basics and employee documentation organization. Proficiency in MS Package (Excel) and archiving systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education & Experience CIPD Level 3 or higher or university degree. 3 years minimum of experience in HR support or similar admin coordination tasks within a project context. Unlock your potential with Airswift. Apply now!
