We recognize the difference you bring to our business, and together we share the pride of building the logistics company for the world.\n \nUnder the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers – helping them deliver better results every day.Responsibilities\nTo co-ordinate and support the various communication activities in regard to recruitment especially in indirect labor hiring.\nContribute to recruitment and retention initiatives.\nConducting candidate search from applicant databases.\nArrange for interviews of short-listed candidates and ensure screening results are recorded adequately in the database.\nEnsure on-going compliance and statutory regulations affecting HR policies & guidelines.\nResponsible to drive service excellence in HR management and processes.\nAssist to implement manpower and recruitment programs to ensure staff readiness in terms of skills and competencies.\nCoordinate recruitment activities including advertising, interview and selection process.\nBuilding resume data bank for all levels.\nRequirements\nPreferably with a Degree holder in HR related courses or Professional HR affiliations (HR Institute of Management or equivalent).\nAt least 1 year of relevant HR experience. Added advantage if with hiring/talent acquisition experiences.\nGood software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).\nGood written and verbal proficiency in English and BM.\nIndependent and able to work with minimum supervision.\nPositive attitude and team player.\n
