Description
We are looking for a skilled HR & Office Manager to take charge of human resources operations and ensure the seamless management of office activities. This role combines HR expertise with office administration and basic IT coordination, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic and multifaceted environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently. This is a permanent job opportunity that requires the ability to commute on-site to Kent, WA.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding logistics, and supporting talent acquisition efforts.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, including employee documentation and compliance with policies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist in benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records in alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee office supply inventory, ordering, and general organization of the workspace.
• Coordinate office layout planning and ensure proper workspace setup.
• Implement and manage records retention systems for effective document organization.
• Set up workstations and order necessary equipment for new hires.
• Act as the primary contact for IT vendors and troubleshoot basic tech issues as needed.
• Ensure effective coordination of IT resources to support daily office operations.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $85,000-$105,000 annually. Benefits include Medical Dental Vision insurances with HSA options, 401k w/ match, PTO, paid holidays and Short-term & long-term disability insurances.
Requirements • Demonstrated experience in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and related processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage office supplies and resources.
• Proficiency in office administration tasks, including space planning and records management.
• Ability to liaise with IT vendors and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees and vendors.
• Familiarity with employee relations and talent acquisition processes.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and compliance in HR and administrative tasks.
