Our technological capabilities have consistently delivered micro-precision parts to leading companies across a wide range of industries across the globe. **HR Manager Veco** **Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking **HR Manager** to serve as a strategic business partner to the local Management Team within Veco. This role is responsible for aligning human capital strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture. The HR Manager will also lead and develop a high-performing HR team, ensuring operational excellence and strategic impact across all HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive advisor, skilled in workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership The HR Manager will report directly to the HR Director for Global Forming and will have a dotted line reporting relationship to the Site Leader of Veco. **Responsibilities** The HR Manager for Veco is responsible for, but not limited to the following: + Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into actionable HR initiatives. + Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence workforce decisions and organizational design. + Lead workforce planning and succession strategies to ensure talent readiness for future business needs. + Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into actionable HR initiatives. + Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence workforce decisions and organizational design. + Lead workforce planning and succession strategies to ensure talent readiness for future business needs. + Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into actionable HR initiatives. + Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence workforce decisions and organizational design. + Lead workforce planning and succession strategies to ensure talent readiness for future business needs. + Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into actionable HR initiatives. + Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence workforce decisions and organizational design. + Lead workforce planning and succession strategies to ensure talent readiness for future business needs. + Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals to deliver high-impact support across talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development, and HR operations. + Set clear goals and expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. + Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the HR team to drive consistency and innovation. **Composition/Authorities** + Works within the framework of general policy guidelines. + Takes necessary initiatives aimed at acceptance of policy consequences and arrangements. + Sets priorities regarding tasks to be performed. + Determines when other disciplines are informed and consulted. + Establishes budgets for HR, including recruitment, selection, education, training, and labor costs. + Has signing authority up to €100,000 for employment contracts, projects, etc. **Manual Skills** + Required for using PC/laptop and personnel information system. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Advanced degree preferred). + 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or managerial role. + Proven experience leading and developing HR teams. + Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals. + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. + Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools. + Experience with managing and interpreting legislation and current regulations + Prior experience building solid relationships with Works Councils and managing processes seamlessly **Foreign Language Proficiency** + English proficiency is required **Job Family:** Human Resources **Business Unit:** Veco
