Location: Thane City

HR Manager - Key Responsibilities

 

Strategic HR partner to CEO & leadership Influence and align strong HODs Own PMS end-to-end Drive retention, succession & leadership conversations Strengthen reward & compensation philosophy Support audits, payroll & compliance with Finance Evaluate and enhance HRMS / ERP usage

Success Metrics (12–18 months)

Improved leadership alignment  Effective PMS conversations Reduced people escalations HR seen as strategic partner

Ideal Experience

10–15 years HR experience  Exposure to structured environments Experience working with founders / CXOs

Must-Have Criteria (Non-Negotiable)

Ability to influence senior leaders CEO trust & discretion Pro-company orientation Emotional maturity

Core HR Capability

PMS design & execution Talent retention & succession Compensation philosophy understanding

Leadership Exposure

Worked closely with promoters / CXOs Scaled organizations through growth
