Interacts with all associates, PFG corporate office, PFG subsidiaries, and governmental and private agencies. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company. **Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:** + Assist managers in staffing all vacancies. Ensure all administrative items are completed according to established guidelines ( i.e., I-9 forms, employment applications). + Assist in the training of management in application of policies and procedure. Assess training needs within the company and coordinate delivery of appropriate information (i.e., computer skills, management skills, etc.) + Function as an associate advocate by representing associates’ issues to management as appropriate. Work with management team in resolving associate issues by investigating concerns and sharing resolution alternatives. + Assist in the development and maintenance of company policies and procedures to include effective communications to associates.Advise management of fair and consistent application of all approved policies and procedures. + Ensure benefits are explained to new associates and their enrollment is processed at appropriate time. Ensure all company benefits are communicated and administered in a fair and consistent manner. + Oversee procedures and processes to maintain our compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) regulations.
