As a P&C XP Partner, you will be a foundational member of the P&C Experience & Performance team, responsible for delivering the enterprise-wide people operations strategy at the local level. Your work directly powers business transformation, talent growth, and a high‑performance culture. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and leaders, ensuring seamless execution of key HR processes and the continuous improvement of people-related programs.
You will collaborate closely with business leaders, people leaders, and the P&C XP Director or Leader to enhance employee experience, standardize practices, drive compliance, and support organizational change initiatives—making a meaningful impact across the entire employee lifecycle.
As a P&C XP Partner, you will be responsible for:
Local People & Culture Delivery
Leading local execution of employee relations, day‑to‑day P&C operations, and cultural initiatives.
Supporting hiring activities, talent reviews, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
Managing RIF execution, investigations, and compliance actions.
Ensuring alignment with local, regional, and global P&C strategies.
Talent & Culture Stewardship
Championing a culture of inclusion, innovation, accountability, and leadership excellence.
Operationalizing global talent programs locally to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Partnering with Business/Function P&C teams for talent pipeline and succession planning.
Employee Experience Leadership
Implementing our best‑in‑class employee experience model through data, technology, and process excellence.
Ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery that drives engagement and productivity.
Operational Excellence
Supporting local KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement, efficiency, compliance, and governance.
Developing or redesigning processes in response to business needs or evolving environments.
Labor Relations & Compliance
Executing global labor relations strategies at a local level.
Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, union requirements, and enterprise values.
Change Leadership
Supporting restructuring, M&A integration, and organizational redesign.
Ensuring minimal disruption and strong local adoption of change initiatives.
Job Description – Additional Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers requiring coaching, support, and HR guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence peers to achieve objectives.
Provide services directly to the business, requiring strong analytical and interpretation skills.
Develop approaches for exceptions when procedures do not fully cover a situation.
(Germany only): Provide HR support for additional legal entities as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma/GED plus 4 years of HR experience).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee HR Management.
