Microsoft are hiring a unique HR Manager for our Data Center Operation in in Middenmeer.

Our infrastructure is comprised of a large global portfolio of more than one hundred data centers and one million servers. Our foundation is built upon and managed by a team of subject matter experts working to support services for more than one billion customers and twenty million businesses in over ninety countries worldwide. And with environmental sustainability and optimization at the forefront of our datacenter design and operations, we continue to grow and evolve as we meet the ever-changing business demands that hold Microsoft as a world-class cloud provider.
We are looking for experienced HR professional to directly partner with and support one of our largest and fastest growing datacenter campuses that is located in Middenmeer. This site has a workforce of over 400 employees and growing, keeping operations running 24/7, 365 days a year. The HR manager will be fully dedicated to support our datacenter operations leadership, managers and employees, and work directly onsite in Middenmeer.
This is an exciting opportunity to exercise a broad range of HR skills to support a unique and diverse workforce (datacenter technicians and managers) while scaling through the broader Microsoft HR ecosystem. We are looking for someone who is highly proactive and results driven. The right fit is someone who is a strong collaborator (both with the business and within the HR function), a trusted advisor, and a proactive problem-solver who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Although this is a 100% onsite role, we can offer a degree of flexiblity proportionate to the role requirements.
