How will you make an impact in this role?
The HR Business Partner Manager for Benelux is a senior leadership role and a member of the Benelux Executive Committee (CET). The role is accountable for shaping and delivering the colleague agenda across the market, ensuring that American Express values, leadership behaviors, and culture are consistently embedded and experienced.
As a strategic partner to senior leaders, the HRBP Manager translates business priorities into effective people strategies, balancing local market needs with global frameworks and policies.

Minimum Qualifications
Solid experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or Engagement-focused role, with a broad understanding of HR practices.Proven experience leading change, transformation, and engagement initiatives in complex or evolving environments.Strong capability to operate in a matrixed, international organization, building partnerships and delivering outcomes through influence.Demonstrated business acumen, with experience advising senior leaders and translating business strategy into practical people solutions.Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing strategic focus with operational execution.Strong analytical mindset, using data and insights to inform decisions and drive evidence-based solutions.Excellent project management skills, with experience delivering large-scale initiatives end-to-end.Inclusive and collaborative leadership style, with the ability to develop and engage others.Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing Employee and Labor Relations topics.Exposure to innovative HR practices, including the use of data, digital tools, or emerging technologies to improve decision-making and colleague experience.
