What You Will Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR and Senior HR Business Partners supporting manufacturing leadersPartner with managers and directors on employee relations, retention, performance management, and workforce planningDrive change management initiatives aligned with business and site strategyAct as a trusted advisor on HR policies, compliance, and risk mitigationCollaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions across talent, compensation, and organizational developmentLead complex employee relations matters and escalated disputesUse data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutionsChampion an engaged, high-performing, and compliant work environment

What You Need

10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership in a manufacturing environmentProven people leadership and direct supervisory experienceFluency in Polish and EnglishMaster’s degreeStrong HR generalist background supporting complex, fast-changing organizationsExperience partnering with senior leaders and Centers of ExcellenceExperience in change processes in complex systems
