HR Manager
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support a manufacturing business unit within a global medical device company. This role will drive HR initiatives and provide strategic and operational HR support across employee relations, talent management, recruitment, compliance, and engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and support global/local HR programs aligned with business goals - Advise leadership on performance management, development, and engagement - Manage recruitment efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition and staffing vendors - Support compensation, benefits, and compliance reporting (EEO-1, OSHA, etc.) - Maintain HRIS data integrity and provide reporting as needed - Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations This will be an onsite position in Everett, WA. The company is moving towards a 4-day work week, likely Monday-Thursday, but presently is still at 5-days. Arrival time 8am PST. Skills and Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred) - 5+ years of HR experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist capacity - Some experience in a manufacturing or production environment - Strong knowledge of HR compliance and government reporting - Experience with WA State Labor Laws - Experience coaching leaders and driving organizational change - Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in payroll or compensation - Prior experience or knowledge of the healthcare or medical device industry preferred
