Description Lead with purpose. A growing organization in Vista is seeking an experienced HR Manager to take charge of its people strategy and drive employee engagement across departments. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, shaping culture, and aligning HR practices with business goals. What You’ll Be Doing: + Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. + Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. + Partner with leadership to support organizational development and workforce planning. + Manage benefits administration, payroll coordination, and training initiatives. + Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards. Requirements + 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. + Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and strategic planning. + Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills. + Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
