My client is a reputable hospitality business in South Manchester who are looking for a Generalist HR Manager to join their team. This is a fast paced and varied role and would be suited to someone who is from a similar sector background or similar and has been stand alone in the past.

Reporting into the MD you will be responsible for the end to end employee lifecycle Recruitment including, advertising, interviewing, working closely with managers to understand their needs Onboarding and inductions with all new employees Team development including coaching and mentoring managers Employee relations Payroll and administration General adhoc duties to support the wider business

You will ideally be CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualified and have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
