Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a HR Manager (Section). **What you’ll do:** **Job Summary** This position is responsible for supporting the HR function with the following activities: talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational change management, and employee engagement (such as communication and recognition) in order to contribute to the employee experience and a positive environment that reinforces the Eaton Leadership Model. **Job Responsibilities** - Co lead employee initiatives such as: labor relations, communications plan deployment, rewards and recognition, performance management, support talent acquisition on site, employee learning, and community involvement / engagement among workforce. - Coach leaders of people and employees on HR tools and processes (Company’s policies, procedures, and practices, labor laws and regulations, and other human resources issues and concerns) to drive performance excellence through feedback, mentoring, empowerment and recognition - Lead implementation of initiatives to build organizational capability by attracting, developing and retaining talent - Support hourly & professional talent acquisition (recruitment): Screen, interview and support recruitment process for the open positions at facility assigned (internal & external), acting as a liason between TA & hiring Mgrs. - Responsible to organize, perform, analyze results and follow up action plan as a result of Eaton Employee Survey and internal surveys. - Analyze and implement improvement actions on HR metrics: talent, capability, culture (turnover, headcount, I&D, recognition, among others) - Implement, develop and deploy communication plan activities at the facility to foster an environment of two way communication. - Supports and implements Eaton’s human resources initiatives to meet Corporate goals and objectives in line with the overall business strategic plan. - Ensure legal compliance with Labor Representatives on reporting and local practices deployment - Lead investigations regarding: workplace violence, ethics, conflicts - Perform and facilitate trainings related to EBS tools for the facility assigned. - Lead community and employee engagement activities and support charitable contributions processes - Perform activities indicated in the HR leader standard work - Recommends and administers appropriate budget for the operation of the department’s functional programs and projects - Participate in all the MESH trainings assigned and support EHS Incidents investigation. - Promoting and enacting the security and policies of MESH to employees under their supervision and ensure that they are conducted in their area **Qualifications:** **Education level required** + Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psichology or related areas. Post graduated degree prefeer **Years and area of experience required** + Minimum of 7 years of experience at Human Resources function / with supervisor - management roles **Technical knowledge** + Bilingual: English & Spanish + PC knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word advanced excell, powerpoint). Prefer: Success Factors (SAP), Power BI, Canva + Knowledge in: Labor relations processes, Dominican labor regulations, talent management, talent acquisition, employee engagement.
