HR Manager – CRG Commercial

How will you make an impact:

This role plays a meaningful part in aligning HR strategy to business goals. This role provides business partner support to key members of our Commercial leadership team and enables facilitation of HR efforts across global regions in partnership with local HR teams. Apply your unique skills in many different areas, such as learning and development, Talent Management, onboarding, compensation, compliance and employee engagement. You'll also get to showcase your abilities while working on impactful projects within the Clinical Research Group, Human Resources team.

What will you do:

Coaching & Consultation: Provides HR solutions support, process knowledge advice, and consultation to functional leaders. Guide leaders in areas such as talent strategy, organizational assessment/design, org planning, workforce planning and organisational change to strengthen overall performance of the group/department and achieve business goals. Coach leaders and managers on the application of HR policies and processes (i.e. total compensation planning, people management, career development, employee relations, etc.), and HR issues. Drive manager and employee Self-Service adoption on HR processes and highly repeatable functional tasks

Talent: Drive recruitment efforts within established division guidelines working with the Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards COEs. Partner with people leaders to use Employee Involvement Survey insights to build and roll-out employee engagement-building programs. Establish, assess and refine talent development and org planning initiatives that improve the capabilities of the workforce, and ensure talent is available to support business requirements.

Business & Data Insight: Partner with management to understand business goals and people implications. Build and complete hiring and compensation strategies. Ensure that compensation and sales incentive plans and practices are attuned to the realities of the marketplace, organization capabilities and requirements and are administered efficiently. Leverage data tools to analyze metrics and drive data-driven decision-making, Ensure data integrity with reporting provided to leadership. Collaborate with COE Experts to complete and implement large-scale HR initiatives (i.e. roll out annual programs, new programs/policies, etc.)

How will you get here:

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or adjacent fields is the required minimum education.5+ years of related experience in all aspects of human resources (staffing, compensation, employee relations and organizational development). Commercial experience preferred but not required. Global experience useful.PHR/SPHR and/or other Professional Certifications desirableIn some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Working Conditions and Environment:

Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.Travel, both domestic and international.Interaction with clients/associates required.Long varied hours required occasionally.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per dayRepetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.Moderate mobility required.Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.Ability to access and use computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.Ability to apply abstract principles to solve conceptual issues.  Requires multiple periods of driven concentration.Performs a variety of tasks as needed by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence. Regular and consistent attendance.
