Responsibilities The Opportunity Provide strategic HR leadership for the SALES team in Colombia, driving an integrated and forward-looking talent agenda that supports long-term business goals across the full employee lifecycle (hire to retire) for approximately 1300 employees. Oversee the design, execution, and continuous improvement of HR strategies, policies, and programs in alignment with organizational objectives. Partner closely with key HR functions—Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development—to ensure a cohesive and high-impact HR strategy that strengthens SALES capabilities and performance. Your Impact • Shape and influence the strategic direction of the HR function by contributing to the design and execution of department-wide goals, systems, and frameworks that drive long-term value. • Safeguard business continuity by proactively managing labor relations and leading strategic talent administration for 1300+ employees across Colombia. • Champion a culture of engagement and performance by designing and deploying innovative programs that elevate employee experience, while ensuring successful execution of the Pulse survey and implementation of insights-driven action plans. • Lead end-to-end strategic talent lifecycle management—overseeing workforce planning, compensation decisions, organizational structure design, and key talent movements to align with business priorities. • Leverage HR analytics to deliver actionable insights and data-driven strategies that optimize workforce productivity and support informed decision-making at leadership level. • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders and administrative teams, reinforcing PepsiCo’s talent philosophy through performance management, leadership development, and strategic relationship building. • Own and optimize the area’s salary planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with financial goals and competitive talent strategies. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? • Business administration, industrial engineering, laws, psychology or related careers. • At least 10 years of HR experience and 5 years in management positions. • Strong labor law knowledge and management. • Strong people, leadership and supervision skills such as communication, strategic thinking, negotiation, drive for results under pressure, innovation, recognition and teambuilding amongst others. • English: Advanced   If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
