Description
We are currently seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to join a growing company in the Miami area. This role is perfect for a highly skilled HR professional who is passionate about developing HR strategies, driving employee engagement, and leading HR initiatives within a large-scale, global organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, managing the employee lifecycle, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
+ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business needs
+ Oversee talent acquisition efforts by working closely with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and ensure the right candidates are selected
+ Manage employee relations issues, provide conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as internal policies and procedures
+ Facilitate employee development programs, training, and performance evaluations
+ Advise management on HR best practices, employee morale, and organizational effectiveness
+ Oversee benefits administration, employee recognition programs, and compensation plans
+ Develop and manage HR budgets, reports, and data analysis to monitor HR metrics and support decision-making
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
+ 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR management role
+ Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices
+ Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies that drive employee performance and engagement
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred
+ Experience working in an international or large corporate environment is a plus
