As HR Manager, you’ll be a trusted partner to employees and leaders within field operations and sales, driving HR strategies that support business success and employee growth.
This position is based onsite five days a week in our corporate headquarters in Fulton, MD. We welcome applicants from across the Baltimore/DC metro area including Maple Lawn, Columbia, Laurel, Bowie, Odenton, Crofton, Hanover, and other surrounding areas. What You'll Do:Partner with business leaders to align on compensation, compliance, succession planning, performance management, and talent development.Support recruiting and onboarding in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a smooth new-hire experience.Foster positive employee relations, building trust and credibility while balancing business needs and mitigating risk.Lead fair and timely workplace investigations and recommend resolutions aligned with company policies and practices.Execute HR programs and initiatives, including policy development, employee engagement, recognition, DE&I, and ESG efforts.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.).Promote employee growth and retention by supporting development resources, training opportunities, and career pathways.What We're Looking For (Basic Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree required with major concentration in HR or business-related field preferred4+ years of experience in core Human Resources, Talent Management and/or or Talent Acquisition3+ years in HR client support Preferred Skills and Experience:Proficiency with HRIS platforms such a UKG, ADP, or similar systemsExperience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed client groups Change management experienceStrong communication (written and verbal), facilitation, and presentation skillsAbility to build partnerships across all levels of the organizationAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism A strong sense of urgency and responsiveness with the flexibility to address critical HR matters beyond standard office hoursWhat We Offer:Competitive pay and performance-based bonus opportunities Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) retirement optionsPaid time offGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company A supportive team culture where your contributions matter
