HR Leave of Absence Analyst

Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a HR Leave of Absence Professional, you will provide critical support and expert guidance to employees navigating various leave programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and a smooth transition during periods of absence.

Every day you will expertly interpret leave policies, administer FMLA, state-specific leaves, and other time-off programs, communicate with employees and managers, and meticulously track leave balances and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

To be successful, you will demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an empathetic, organized demeanor, contributing to a supportive work environment and efficient leave management.
Collaborate and leverage technology to implement strategies to build sustainable, streamlined and efficient reporting and analytics processes in support of compensation, paid time off, absence management and other HR data/analytics related processes and initiatives.Visualize data and build scorecards/dashboards that identify insights and trends on key metrics that impact decisions and support absence management strategies.Manage ad hoc requests and provide day to day reporting and analytics support to the HR and COE team.Defines need for audits and reviews audit results to maintain accurate data. Identifies and documents issues that impact LOA SLAs and makes recommendations for improvements.Take a proactive and consultative approach, ask the right questions to understand employer/employee needs, develop an understanding of the absence management space and solve data-related challenges.Independently researches, resolves and responds to advanced escalated cases. Point of contact for LOA teams with regards to escalations in their focused specialty. Performs outreach to market for approval, clarification, or to provide training and redirection.
