This role is pivotal in supporting HR operations and driving learning initiatives across the cluster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for colleague development. **Key Responsibilities** + Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. + Coordinate and deliver training programs aligned with Hyatt standards and property needs. + Assist in implementing talent development strategies and succession planning. + Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws. + Partner with department heads to identify learning needs and create tailored solutions. + Champion Hyatt’s culture and values across all properties in the cluster. **Qualifications:** **Qualifications & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field. + Minimum **2–3 years of HR experience in the hotel industry** . + **Preferred exposure to F&B or Rooms operations** to understand departmental needs. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR systems is an advantage. + Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. **Primary Location:** AE-DU-Dubai **Organization:** Hyatt Place Dubai/Jumeirah **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Human Resources **Req ID:** DUB006629 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
