Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Description

The HR Generalist – Talent, Learning & Operations plays a crucial role in supporting the execution of talent and learning programs across the organization. This position is primarily responsible for recruiting coordination, onboarding, training administration, and talent management operations. Additionally, the HR Generalist will serve as the system administrator for the Learning Management System (Litmos), ensuring effective training delivery, compliance tracking, and user support.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.Partner with hiring managers to execute hiring plans and ensure timely and consistent recruiting processes.Support candidate pipeline development through sourcing channels, talent pools, and agency coordination.Improve hiring quality and time-to-fill through process optimization.Own onboarding experience and integration of new hires, monitoring 30/60/90-day onboarding effectiveness and retention.Ensure hiring compliance, documentation, and process discipline.Serve as the primary administrator and owner of Litmos LMS, maintaining training curriculum, learning paths, and completion tracking.Support compliance training and certification requirements, generating training reports and monitoring completion and participation trends.Support HR leadership in identifying skill gaps and implementing development initiatives.Provide user support and troubleshoot LMS-related issues.Support continuous improvement of training processes and system utilization.Support execution of performance management cycle and tracking, maintaining talent and succession data.Assist in the development and execution of talent development initiatives.Support implementation of workforce capability and organizational initiatives.Support execution of HR projects and organizational initiatives, identifying process gaps and recommending operational improvements.Ensure consistency of HR documentation, workflows, and standards, maintaining high data accuracy across HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective HR delivery.

Essential Skills

4+ years of HR generalist, talent, or training coordination experience.Hands-on experience administering Litmos LMS (or similar LMS).Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding processes.Familiarity with talent management and performance cycles.Proficiency with HRIS / ATS systems and Microsoft Office.Experience in recruitment across multiple disciplines such as engineering, field service techs, corporate roles, etc.Agency coordination experience, acting as the main point of contact for all agency relations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is a must.SHRM or any other HR certification is highly preferred.Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lake Forest, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
