HR & Lean Intern

Key Responsibilities / Duties 主要职责

Assist in Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) activities, including:

Supporting kaizen/CI events preparation and logistics

Data collection and simple analysis for process improvement

Creating and maintaining visual management boards and digital trackers

Supporting employee idea program and improvement workshops
协助开展精益与持续改进相关工作,如CI活动准备、数据收集与整理、可视化看板维护、员工改善提案支持等。

Support training coordination related to Lean, such as scheduling, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
协助精益相关培训的协调安排、资料准备与记录管理。

Participate in internal audits, Gemba walks, and 6S/visual workplace projects as needed.
参与内部审核、Gemba现场巡视、6S与可视化工作相关项目。

Support HR with onboarding, data filing, or employee engagement events occasionally.
在需要时支持HR的基础工作,如入职、档案整理、员工活动等。

Other tasks assigned by the CI or HR team.
完成CI或HR团队安排的其他工作任务。

Required Skill Set 岗位技能要求

Strong interest in Lean/CI, operations, or process improvement.
对精益、流程优化等方向有浓厚兴趣。

Good Excel and data handling skills; PowerPoint/Canva experience is a plus.
熟练使用Excel进行数据处理,了解PowerPoint或Canva更佳。

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
做事细致、主动、乐于学习。

Good communication in both Chinese and English.
具备良好的中英文沟通能力。

Education 教育背景

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
本科及以上学历,工业工程、工商管理、人力资源等相关专业。

CET-6 or above preferred.
英语六级或以上优先。
