The HR Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and initiatives, cooperate with functional and location leaders and HR to ensure effective talent acquisition to support CDA business growth. He/she will coordinate with location HRBPs to implement actions to effectively engage and retain new team members, support locations key position succession development as well as initiatives to engage and retain shopfloor team members. Scope/Supervision and Interaction: Report to Division HR Manager CDA Interface with functional and operational leaders on openings. Cooperate with location leaders and HRBPs on employee engagement and talent development initiative and actions Cooperate with external suppliers on talent acquisitions Direct reports: No Job Responsibility: + Take lead in cooperating with division function leaders and location leaders, location HR to carry out effective talent acquisitions to support CDA business growth including developing interview and selection process, hiring channels, coordinate interviews and recommend for offers etc. + Coordinate with location HR to standardize onboarding process, leverage division and locations to coordinate orientation trainings for new employees, improve effectiveness. + Provide support in talent development action and resource coordination. + Under division HR and HPT site coach guidance and support, design and implement initiatives to improve parker culture and value promotion among all CDA locations. + Design and conduct reporting and analytics to support HR operation efficiency improvement. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree (required) in Human Resources, Business, or related field. + Over 5 years HR Coordination, Talent acquisition or talent development experience. + Great team cooperation, positive work attitude, good relationship building with leaders and team at all levels. + Logical thinking, effective communication, clear presentation skill. + Fluent English communication. + Good Excel skills. Power BI experience is a plus.
