Beyond ensuring compliance and operational excellence, you will drive initiatives that spark employee engagement, build an inclusive and inspiring workplace, and unlock organizational performance. You will lead the HR team and connect local priorities with our European and Global HR strategy—making a real impact on both our business and our people. + Act as HR interface with high-level stakeholders on critical business and organizational transformation, both inside and outside the region. + Manage and mentor the (amazing) HR Iberica team, guaranteeing alignment between regional and local teams, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative mindset within the team. + Design and implement initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, increase employee voice, and build an inclusive and inspiring workplace culture. + Drive programs and tools to enhance manager capabilities, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance. + Partner with business leaders to identify and implement organizational development actions that enable agility, collaboration, and sustained performance. + As part of the Regional HR Leadership: offer ideas and advice on the Regional Roadmap, drive for the region, development initiatives that can be replicated locally and lead global business projects for the region. + Leverage the CoE’sexpertise and capacity and partner with them to offer the best employee and manager experience. + Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on projects with impact in HR Operations, organizational performance, and workforce effectiveness. + Ensure that HR processes are compliant with local laws and regulations and application of the applicable CBA. + Lead, from an HR perspective, crisis response and business continuity efforts during critical periods. + Oversee data cleaning, KPI production and reporting, and use HR analytics to measure and enhance employee engagement and organizational performance. + Directly manage the relationship with the Local Works Council in Spain in parallel with Lega CoE, ensuring compliance between the company and employee representatives. + Ensure a smooth delivery of HR Admin processes including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, policies updates. + Represent HR function on project teams, at management meetings, and with external organizations. **_Who you are:_** + You have minimum 15 years of experience in aHR Business Facing role. + Experience working in international and matrix environments. + Excellent knowledge of Spanish labor law. + Fluent Spanish and English, (Italian would be a plus). + Demonstrable experience of setting direction, leading teams and driving change. + Experience of healthcare companies preferable but not essential. + Knowledge of Portuguese labor Law would be a plus. **_What we offer in return:_** + **We grow talent.** At Stryker we offer great personal and internal career development for our employees, with the possibility to make both vertical and lateral position movement. + **Team spirit & engagement.** We create engaged and inclusive teams that encourage colleagues to share their diverse perspectives and opinions. + **Competitive salary and Benefits.** With us, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits commensurate with your job. + **Recognition of your performance.** At our company, outstanding individual and cross-functional team performance is rewarded.
