【工作职责】
人力资源管理培训生项目为有潜力发展成人力资源领导者的优秀青年提供成功所需的技能和平台。在为期两年的项目中,你将有机会在人力资源部各领域(招聘,人才发展,薪酬福利)进行轮岗,包括但不限于:
参与各种人力资源解决方案的制订和执行,包括政策、流程、系统和工具等,驱动组织持续性改善协助人才发展部门完成项目宣传,创新运营内容设计,数字化学习文化培养及转型协助组织实施招聘,了解整个招聘流程,利用各种有效招聘途径满足公司的人才需求参与人力资源部门重大项目的策划和实施【任职要求】
国内外院校,本科及以上优秀的学习能力和对环境的快速适应力逻辑思考能力,分析和解决问题能力强善于沟通,出色的团队合作能力及强大的执行能力强烈的自我驱动力,勇于尝试,不惧失败,积极创新英文流利Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging
