Job DescriptionOur HR IT division drives global SAP-based HR transformation projects, ensuring stable, future-ready solutions across countries and business units. We combine HR expertise with cutting-edge technology to shape an integrated S/4HANA-driven HR landscape.
Your tasks:
► Coordinate the implementation of new HR requirements in SAP HR systems as part of S/4HANA implementation projects.
► Support project testing activities in SAP HCM modules (Payroll & Master Data), including defect handling, investigation and problem solving.
► Support HR IT teams by maintaining, changing and uploading data into SAP HR systems.
► Coordinate multiple international projects and act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders regarding project topics and tasks.
► Contribute to the development of new concepts within the SAP S/4HANA environment focusing on HR processes, master data and future HR-IT landscape integration.
► Participate in various project phases and manage relevant HR-IT work packages.
► Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
► 5–8 years of experience in HR Services with strong knowledge of HR processes and related IT tools and interfaces.
► Project management experience across all phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, closure), preferably in HR-IT system landscapes (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, etc.).
► Operational experience with SAP HCM (Payroll and Master Data).
► Structured, detail-oriented, self-organized and service-minded personality.
► Advanced English skills (C1).
