We are looking for an experienced HRIS Process Owner to lead the strategic direction, governance, and continuous optimization of our Human Resources Information System. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a critical link between HR, IT, Finance, and external partners—ensuring our systems are compliant, efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with our business strategy.

With responsibility across process ownership, system management, data integrity, and digital transformation, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and enabling smarter, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Your key responsibilities Own & optimize HRIS processes across the full employee lifecycle. Lead projects & system upgrades end-to-end, ensuring smooth rollouts and strong adoption. Safeguard data quality & compliance, turning HR data into insights that power decision-making. Partner with vendors & stakeholders, building solutions that scale globally and locally. Champion innovation, benchmarking against best practices and driving digital transformation. Process owner for Tima Management setup in Innomotics. Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus). 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, HRIS integrations, implementation, and process ownership. Hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM or similar platforms. Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, SOX) and system security best practices. Excellent communicator and stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project leadership skills. Bonus: Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum). Fluency in English, Czech is a plus.
