The Internships Office team is part of ASML's HR Talent Acquisition department and is responsible for attracting, recruiting and engaging with interns. As an intern, you will get the chance to network with a diverse variety of people, as well as work with other colleagues at ASML. The internship offers an exciting opportunity to support the Internship Office and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.
 
You will focus on the following key responsibilities:
HR recruitment: supporting the end-to-end recruitment process of interns;
Stakeholder management: collaborate with different teams within ASML, ensuring clear and effective communication on HR initiatives and managing stakeholders on different levels;
Work on projects depending on your background and interest e.g. intern community engagement.
 
This is a bachelor or master (non-thesis) internship for at least 5 months, minimum 4 days a week (2 days onsite). The start date of this internship is around January 2026.
 
To be a fit for this assignment, you:
Are a bachelor/ master student in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Studies, Business or similar;
Have affinity with recruitment;
Are outgoing, proactive, well-organized, stress resilient;
Handy with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Have great communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Other requirements you need to meet:
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
