Our HR internship program offers hands-on experience in people operations, event planning, and employee development. Interns are embedded in our high-impact Operations team and gain exposure to real-world projects that support culture and engagement.
Talent Development Intern:Support learning and development programs like trainings, peer groups, and workshopsHelp plan and execute employee development eventsMaintain training records and support HR documentationResearch industry best practices and contribute new ideasTrack and analyze participation data and feedbackEvents & People Operations InternPlan and execute internal eventsManage communications like our internal newsletterSupport office operations (supplies, pantry, setup, vendor coordination)Help maintain our culture and employee experience standardsAssist with budget tracking, event feedback, and process improvements
Required Qualifications:
Actively pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related fieldStrong communication and organizational skillsSelf-starter with a positive attitude and desire to learnEnthusiastic about people, culture, and building community at work
Location:
This is a hybrid role based in Rogers, Arkansas, the in-office expectation is 2-3 days per week.
