The HR intern will support the Shared Services team in the HR operations.

Responsibilities:

Support onboarding and offboarding administrationsMonitor and process new hire confirmationAdminister employee benefits e.g. Flexible benefits and insurance enrollment etcGenerate employee letters e.g. employment certification letter, visa or PR applications etc.Prepare and maintain employees’ personnel filesAttend to HR related queries from employeesCompile data for reports or surveys as and when assignedParticipate in HR projects as and when assigned

Requirements:

Undergraduate or Graduate in Diploma or Degree in Human Resource ManagementPossess good communication and interpersonal skillsGood multitasking and organizational skillsIndependent, proactive and self-motivatedProficient in Microsoft Office and tech savvyAble to commit to a 6 months internship
