What You'll Do

You will join BCG’s Milan HR Team, with a focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (D&I). In this role, you will actively contribute to the design, coordination, and implementation of initiatives aimed at fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.

 

You are good at:

Supporting and coordinating projects across different D&I pillars (e.g., Accessability, cultural/ethnic networks, Pride, wellbeing, gender equity certification), engaging with employee networks and strengthening affiliation and allyship within the firm.Assisting in the organization and delivering of key initiatives and events, from large-scale conferences (e.g., Senior Women Conference) to local awareness activities, including logistics, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.Contributing to educational and awareness campaigns through effective communication (both written and spoken), internal presentations, and knowledge-sharing across colleagues and teams.Providing operational support on surveys, data collection, and light reporting to monitor progress on D&I goals.Managing multiple projects simultaneously, working across HR workstreams with structure, precision, and strong interpersonal skills, building inclusive and collaborative relationships.Proactively bringing forward new ideas and solutions to enhance D&I initiatives and contributing to a more inclusive workplace.

What You'll Bring

Background in Human Resources, Philosophy, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.Strong motivation and genuine interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion topics; previous extracurricular or activist experiences will be considered a plus.Identity affiliation or lived experience in one or more diversity dimensions may represent an additional value.Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in Italian and English.Ability to use MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and interest in data analysis and survey tools.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle parallel activities and ensure timely delivery.A collaborative, open, and proactive attitude, with curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of BCG’s HR team, collaborating closely with colleagues across different HR workstreams to integrate D&I perspectives into broader people processes. You will also work with members of various D&I networks and contribute to embedding inclusion in BCG’s organizational culture.
