What You'll Do

You will join BCG Milan’s HR Department, within the EMC (East Mediterranean & Caspian) Career Services & Alumni team, for a six-month internship. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across key HR processes related to Career Coaching, Community Management, and Consulting-focused HR services.

 

You're Good At: 

Taking initiative and bringing creative solutions to day-to-day operations and special projects;Crafting written content for newsletters, updates, and communication materials;Helping plan, organize, and deliver events that facilitate connections and upskilling;Collaborating with other Business Services teams, as well as Regional and Global networks, to ensure effective engagement and relationship management;Assisting in the development and maintenance of relationships with external companies and Alumni networks to support high-value partnership building.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree (a specialization on HR topics will be considered a plus);Excellent communication skills in Italian and English;Creative mindset and problem-solving skills;Positive and proactive attitude and commitment;Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
