In this role, you will support the organization’s recruiting functions, particularly intern hiring, while also contributing to a range of general HR activities. This internship offers hands‑on experience in recruiting operations, candidate engagement, and broader HR program coordination.

Responsibilities:

Talent & Recruitment Support

Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and campus outreachScreen resumes and help coordinate interview schedulingSupport candidate communications and maintain applicant tracking system updatesAssist with recruitment event planning (career fairs, campus visits, networking events)Help track recruiting metrics and maintain reporting dashboardsSupport employer branding initiatives tied to recruitment efforts

Intern Program Administration
