The P&G Latin America Internship program is offered to promising undergraduate students interested in growing as a business leader by stepping into the shoes of a P&Ger for a minimum of 6 months at our Latin American Headquarters located in Panama City, Panama.
As a P&G Human Resources Intern, you’ll be a business-integrated partner at the heart of helping some of the world’s greatest professional talent – including yourself.

Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures while building a culture that value trust, employee engagement, innovation, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity.Support the HR team in various projects including organization assessment and design, team effectiveness and people issues; that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business.Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

Job Qualifications
