Job Description

As part of a multi-divisional shared service HR team, support the wider team with day to day operational activities

Work closely with our HRS Services team in Budapest, raising tickets / requests and ensuring on time deliveryManage the absence management process, ensuring the process is communicated appropriately to our leadership team, systems are up to date and relevant information is stored on e-fileCo-ordinate our long service process, including correspondence to associatesOrganise our Company induction and be involved in some content deliverySupport with the annual trainee recruitment process from an administration perspectiveEnsure business relevant content on our Bosch intranet is up to date and relevantSubmit relevant monthly submissions to our Global Services Payroll team

Qualifications

You should be studying for a degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Ideally HR focused degree, however Business Management and Psychology also relevant.;

Strong attention to detailGood interpersonal/communication skillsSelf-motivated and eager to learnHave excellent English communication skills both verbal and writtenExperience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Information

This is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2026. This position is open to undergraduate students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.

Location: you will be based at the Denham office.

Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
