How will you make an impact? 

The 6-month Human Resources internship is designed to give you hands-on experience within a global organization. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, strengthen your skills, and gain valuable insights into the HR function. The program is structured to support your professional growth and help you build a strong foundation for launching your career.

What you will do? 

During your programme you will assist the activities of the Human Resources department in the input and processing of data. Aid in the execution of all office activities related to the preparation, printing, organizing, and archiving of documents of various natures. Respond to inquiries from employees on various matters. Participate in the maintenance and preparation of personal files of employees, ensuring 100% confidentiality of the data that becomes known during the execution of the activities. Actively participate in the onboarding process of new employees, including the preparation of onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions within the company.

You will have a mentor who will help you navigate through our organization and processes and receive the best support, which will ensure you are on your way to reaching your goals. 

Being part of the HR team, you will be introduced to many diverse parts of the company. You will have a wide portfolio of exciting tasks to complete. Plus test your natural curiosity in providing administrative and technical support to the team proactively and master your skills to measure your business progress. 

How will you get here? 

You are last year university student or have just graduated and are looking for an entry level position 

You have the ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously 

You enjoy working in a team 

You also have excellent administration and organization skills and the ability to prioritize and time handle various tasks 

Results oriented 

Demonstrate a positive demeanor and desire to succeed 

Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a constantly evolving business environment 

English proficiency
