Job Description

Support end-to-end recruitment process for internships, fresher roles, and lateral positionsSource candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other relevant platformsScreen resumes and conduct initial HR screening callsSchedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panelsMaintain and update recruitment trackers and reportsAssist in employer branding activities (e.g., social media posts, campus campaigns)Support onboarding and documentation activities for new joinersContribute to recruitment process improvement initiativesQualifications & SkillsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fieldsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood understanding of MS Excel and Google SheetsDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlinesPositive attitude and willingness to learnFamiliarity with job portals or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plusWhat You Will GainPractical exposure to recruitment strategies and HR operationsOpportunity to work with a collaborative and dynamic HR teamHands-on experience with tools and platforms used in modern HR practicesCertificate of internship and performance-based recommendation letter
