 Key Skills & Experience We're Looking For:

Strategic HR leadership across multiple business units or geographies

Talent management and succession planning frameworks

Organizational development and change management

Strong HR business partnering with business heads/CXOs

HR policy formulation, compliance, and governance

Driving employee engagement, culture transformation & retention

Strong stakeholder influence and team mentorship

Exposure to HR tech, analytics, and digital HR systems

Preferred: Experience in leading HR teams of 20–40+ members
