We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the operations and continuous improvement for our Recruitment Product. Your expertise and critical thinking in analyzing business requirements and knowledge will be critical in driving projects ensuring successful delivery against our business objectives. Job Summary: Primarily responsible for identifying the needs of various HR Business Processes and implementing system solutions in ADPs Recruitment Product. Also responsible for design and implement integration (inbound & outbound) interfaces with other HR Applications like Onboarding, Employee Central, HR Data Layers and Identify Management etc. Interacts with technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as internal and external vendors and support groups to ensure optimal system functionality and user experience, as well as testing of application releases and upgrades. Key Responsibilities: Work with functional & technical teams leading projects solving complex business problems and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Participate in systems implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution). Spearhead the support of HR information systems and integrations. Work with HR stakeholders to gather requirements to meet business needs and provide effective HR solutions. Set high standards for yourself and strive to excel and understand the various operations across HR Applications and HR Business Processes. Proactive and takes initiative to gather information, investigate gaps / issues, identify potential solutions, and present to both Business and IT stakeholders. Excellent negotiation, influencing, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to create and maintain technical documentation. Test new customizations, functional updates/fixes and/or new features including writing test plans, managing testing processes, and/or documenting results. Ability to manage change effectively while being mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications. Ensure system functionality and troubleshoot all technical problems (user accessibility, data inconsistencies, merging data profiles, inactive or locked candidate profiles, etc.). Provide full service technical support to field recruiters and staffing management on recruiting systems and tools Recruiting Product, Alumni website, Job Boards, and technology integrations (internal and external). Be willing to learn about existing (legacy) IT platforms as well as new market offerings. ##LI-DNI
Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science/Engineering discipline Overall, 6-8 years of IT experience Minimum 3-4 years of technical or business analyst roles working on any Recruitment Product Proven experience in technical analysis, software development, system design, and troubleshooting Strong understanding of software development lifecycles Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills Business Analyst or Product Management certification is a plus
