HR Generalist - German and English speaker with experience in the German Market
Based in our Stockley Park, Uxbridge, West London, UK Office. Full-time role with in-office requirements of Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays.
The HR Generalist - German Speaker plays a critical role in supporting the HR Enablement function within the EMEA region. This role is centred on the execution of HR initiatives, ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day human resources tasks, and contributing to a cohesive employee experience that aligns with the company’s culture and values. The role will be a key resource within the region for our Employees and Managers to ensure the successful deployment of HR policies and processes, as well as a key contact point for coaching and mentoring of our Managers.

Fluent German and English language, and experience of working in the German market are essential. Proven experience in human resources, with a strong operational background, including employee relations. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Demonstrable experience in the successful implementation of HR initiatives and programs that have a direct impact on business performance. Knowledge of HR operations, systems, and industry standard processes. Experience in a global or multi-regional organization is beneficial, with a keen understanding of cultural nuances within the country. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in engaging optimally across all levels of the organization. Capable of balancing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Takes true ownership of tasks and looks for solutions to problems. Works collaboratively, ensuring all parties are aware of updates and impactful decisions.
