Description Robert Half HR Solutions is partnering with a client in the Cartersville area that is looking to add an HR Generalist to their team. The HR Generalist will oversee a variety of human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies. The successful candidate will play an integral part in fostering employee relations, supporting recruitment efforts, and managing HR processes. Responsibilities: • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a seamless transition into the organization. • Handle employee relations matters by addressing concerns and resolving issues in alignment with company policies. • Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping. • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview coordination. • Manage terminations and exit processes with professionalism and adherence to legal requirements. • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals. • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits, policies, and HR-related inquiries. • Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and development needs. • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. • Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Requirements • Proven experience in employee relations and handling HR administrative tasks. • Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to manage data effectively. • Demonstrated success in onboarding and recruitment processes. • Knowledge of policies and procedures related to human resources. • Experience managing terminations and exit processes with attention to detail. • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
